Technical & Application Support

Responsibilities:
Provide technical advice and support to help people effectively use computer software and hardware
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and at least 1 year experience as Technical Support
- Associate degree in Computer Science and at least 2 years experience as Technical Support
- English fluency
- Must have 1-1/2 year Technical Support experience providing desktop & desk-side support in a fast-faced team environment (operation)
- Have experience installing Ethernet cards for both Novell & NT networks, know connectivity, protocols & drivers, and be able to troubleshoot
- Able to answer end user questions in a customer service manner
- Able practically using the Internet to extend the troubleshooting knowledge
- Knowledge of Desktop application and General utility being used by user
- Excellent knowledge of IT technologies
- Excellent knowledge of Network development, security, and maintenance
- Knowledge of various operating system, NOC, and hardware
- IT Analytical Skills
- Project Management Skills
- Leadership Skills
