IT Helpdesk Staff
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities: 

• The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining Information and Technology (IT) duties and help desk to support our team. He/she must have a strong knowledge, skill and experience of hardware, Windows Operating System and network. The role requires liaising with professional and practice management in the execution of all activities. The position will be based in Jakarta.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate with Diploma degree in Information Technology from a reputable local university with minimum GPA 3.00.
• Have a basic-intermediate knowledge and skills in troubleshoot on computer hardware.
• Have a good understanding in LAN, internet connection and network pheripherals.
• Experience in installation Windows Operating System (XP, Win7).
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with people from all levels professionally.
• Good analytical thinking and client-oriented person.
• Ability to work effectively and meet established goals and objective within the specified deadline, while maintaining quality at all times.
• Should be proactive and a self-motivated team player with a “can-do” attitude.
• Fluency in English both verbal and written is preferred.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and other applications.
