Responsibilities: Provide 1st level technical support to customers for SecureMetric Technology products, and solutions Take ownership of customer technical problems, and follow appropriate escalation paths to ensure the problems are resolved in timely and effective ways to meet customer service benchmarking Share knowledge with Product Support and Sales & Marketing team in writing project papers and sales presentation on the technical aspects Assist the Sales Team in preparing pre-sales technical environment for sales call Support Customer through their development and industrialization phases Conduct product training or workshop to customer To understand and later manage all the software products assigned under the dedicated division which has been developed in various development platforms Research on new technologies and contribute to company R&D roadmap Engage in technical discussions with clients Generate and keep current all documentation, including project and resource plans, commitment, risk and mitigation registers Adhere to and enforce project reporting procedures Seek and implement continuous improvements to ensure success Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Computing Major Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia and English (other is a plus point) At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position Good interpersonal skills, good analytical & problem solving skills, and capable of handling customer on any product technical issues Knowledge in programming languages (.Net, Java, PHP, MFC, XHTML, CSS, XML etc.) and databases (SQL, Oracle, etc.) will have added advantage Candidate must be pro-active, with initiative, able to independently to complete job assignments with minimum supervision and meet tight deadlines Independent and have strong analytical mind Have own transport Have passport Willing to travel (overseas if necessary) 2 Full-Time positions available Please send your resume, recent photograph, and relevant documents to hr_id@securemetric.com Please put position code on the subject.
