IT Switch Coordinator
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
- Manage switch support staff in shifts
- Monitor switch performance
- Monitor payment transaction switching application.
- Communicate with software partners for updates / new tasks / problems,
- Regularly back-up application data (using tape drives)
- Ensure daily logs are kept in an organized manner, and any issues are escalated
- On call, as required
Requirements:
- Minimum S1 in Computer Science, Computer Engineering and Informatics Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in switching company
- Basic understanding of payment switches
- Able to read and understand English documentation
- Comfortable with technical English (spoken & written)
- Trustworthy, fast learner, well-organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated and good team player
- Able to work in high pressure environment
